Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UDATE:  Due to Covid-19 standard shipping may take longer than usual. If you place an order please wait 10 business days to contact us about your order if has yet to be delivered. Free standard shipping provides a tracking number that will notify you when your order has shipped and has been delivered.  Once you are provided with a tracking order number please contact your shipping carrier for shipping details. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 


Orders placed with Tia Sadie will ship within 5 business days from when order is received. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Due to the nature of our business if we are out of the country orders will ship on our return with in 24 hours.

If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Tia Sadie customer service with your request, additional shipping charges will apply. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email.

Tia Sadie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. For domestic orders, if you never received your package and it says it was delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.


Return to sender packages are those that are returned back to us as undeliverable. All return to sender charges will be passed on to the customer. If there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned, there will be a charge to resend to the corrected address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address please contact us as soon as possible.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air Select: delivers 2-3 business days after processing
  • UPS Next Day Air: delivers the next business day after processing
  • USPS First Class Mail (small packages): delivers 2-3 business days after processing
  • USPS Priority Express (small packages): 2-4 business days after processing

Returns & Exchanges

Tia Sadie will gladly accept exchanges on all full-price orders within 7 days of delivered item(s). The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, including tags attached to all merchandise in order to receive an exchange. For the item you wish to replace your order with, needs to be selected and communicated through Tia Sadie customer service. (tiasadiesarmy@gmail.com) The customer is responsible for all shipping and 20% restocking fee. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged items.

To exchange items please contact Tia Sadie customer service (tiasadiesarmy@gmail.com). Be sure to include your name, and order number in the subject line of the email. Exchange Authorizations are given via e-mail only. We do not issue RA numbers over the phone. Tia Sadie is not responsible for shipping cost for any exchanged items.

Please include with your exchange a copy of your order including your contact information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange is complete. Our Exchange policy is only valid for customers who have purchased directly through our site and are able to provide all matching records for purchase.

Pre-order/Custom Order Policy & Procedure

If you chose to custom order or pre-order an item, The request must include current offered style of bag, color options and any specific details to your special request. Tia Sadie only offers special request on our current bag styles. We reserve the right to decline requests that include specified shape, size or feature differences from current Tia Sadie styles available. We will always strive to do our best to fulfill these request but cannot guarantee all requests. All special request orders are final sale, and non-refundable. Please note due to the volume in pre-orders, manufacturing and shipping dates will be extended to accommodate the family we partner with in Guatemala. This extension is to ensure proper quality and care for your custom purchase. Each handbag is made by hand, not mass produced. Custom and Pre-Orders may take up to 8 weeks for fulfillment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Pre-order policy subject to change with out notice.
